This was by far the coolest project we have worked on. Thanks to our partnership with Rethink, a student club at UW, and funding support from WA State Commerce and the Henry M. Jackson Foundation, we were able to organize a really unique case competition at the Foster School of Business. The case study, which we wrote, asked students to generate novel outreach and communication strategies that could help commercial property owners plan for market changes brought about by new state and local policies. After promoting this event across campus, 64 Huskies signed-up to participate, and 15 industry professionals swung by to judge solutions proposed by students. Like we said, this was one cool project!
Shared below are some videos that were produced to promote and document the event. Also provided are links to the case study and recorded student pitches.
